Air travel & pregnancy, what do I need to know?

Doctors - You MUST check with your doctor before flying - it is also a good idea in the 3rd trimester (or if you look big earlier) to get a letter from them clearing you for travel.

Airline - Most airlines restrict pregnancy travel in the 3rd trimester, generally the cut off is 36th week or 32nd week for multiples so give your airline a call to check their policy.
