Baby Food Brands:
Heinz is available but very different flavours to home, also the flavour will be in English but all other info including the ingredients is written in Chinese. Gerber the popular American brand(owned by Nestle) is also available
Nappies:
Huggies, Pampers and Mamy Poko brand (a Japanese brand very popular throughout Asia) are available as well as many local brands
Other:
Johnson and Johnson products are available including wipes
Where to shop:
Most large supermarkets in cities will sell baby supplies including; Carrefour Hypermarkets, Park n Shop, JUSCO and Metro
Tips:
Once you head to rural areas nappies may disappear from supermarket shelves, traditionally Chinese babies wear pants with a split in them rather than nappies so finding nappies in poorer areas or farming communities may be very difficult, stock up in cities while you can

  • Beijing Airport

    Nursing Rooms

    There are several ‘Nursing Rooms’ located throughout the airport for feeding and changing babies. The nursing room in Terminal 1is located in the West Satellite Hall in Departure Quarantine Area on Floor 2. In terminal 2 nursing rooms are located with some restrooms.

    Children’s play area

    There are Kid’s Activity Zones in the following locations

    Terminal 1: East Satellite Hall in Departure Quarantine Area on Floor 2

    Terminal 2: Near Boarding Gate No.25 in Domestic Departure Quarantine Area on Floor 2, and near Boarding Gate No.10 in International Departure Quarantine Area on Floor 2

    Terminal 3: Near Boarding Gate No.10 on Floor 3, T3-C, Near Boarding Gate No.30 on Floor 3, T3-C, Near Boarding Gate No.8 on Floor 2, T3-E and Near the Central Business District in East of Floor 2, T3-E.
